Techreo – Lead UX/UI & Product Designer

Redesigned the entire mobile banking app for Techreo, a fintech serving emerging financial institutions in LATAM.

→ Built and led the UX team from scratch.

→ Delivered a scalable design system and improved user retention.

→ Adapted the app to multiple white-label clients (CAME, Pagaqui, IDEPRO).

Mariachi -Lead Design UX/UI Designer

Mariachi.io is a tech agency that partners with major financial institutions. I worked on UX/UI design for clients like Fincomún, Scotiabank, and Procesar.

→ Led user research: interviews, usability tests, heuristic analysis, and benchmarking.

→ Designed customer journeys, wireframes, and hi-fi prototypes for native apps.

→ Conducted usability testing to validate design decisions before development.

This app is a branded implementation of the modular banking platform I originally designed for Techreo. I led the full UX/UI design of the base app, creating flexible components and layouts to support multiple clients. For Pagaqui, we customized the interface and removed modules they didn't require, while maintaining usability and brand consistency.

I led the UX/UI design of the onboarding flow for Fincomún’s mobile banking app, “Fácil.” This was a key area of concern due to a high user drop-off rate. Through user research, usability testing, and visual redesign, we significantly improved early user retention.
